What we can help with

• Corrections. If something in a hotel entry is wrong or out of date, tell us what and we will check it.
• Suggestions. A property you think belongs in one of the four categories, and why it belongs there.
• Editorial questions. How the index is put together, or how a particular hotel came to be included.
• Press, syndication and permissions.

What we cannot help with

We do not take reservations, hold rooms, check availability, quote prices, change an existing booking, or pass messages to a hotel. We have no commercial relationship with any property listed and no access to any reservation system. For anything involving an actual stay, contact the hotel directly.

Replies

We read everything and answer most messages within a few working days. Corrections are dealt with first. Unsolicited placement offers are not answered, because listings are not for sale.
